Fixed Pricing

We have fixed price labour charges for servicing/repairs, so even if we have to make a second visit after ordering a part etc, we do not charge again. This means you know what you are paying upfront and it's a one off labour charge.

  No Callout Charges Explained

CALLOUT CHARGES were something introduced mainly by manufacturers so that their engineers were not turning up at customers property's only to find they were not there or had forgotten about the appointment and also to prevent customers from cancelling their appointments last minute.
This charge was brought in to cover the cost of sending the manufacturers engineers and to guarantee that they were not being left out of pocket.
